What is MyEnvoyAir?
MyEnvoyAir is an online portal designed specifically for Envoy Air employees. By logging in, employees can access their personal information, pay stubs, work schedules, and more. Registering for MyEnvoyAir is simple and only takes a few minutes. Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started.
- Click the Log In button at the top of the page.
- Enter your username or email address and password (your username is typically your first initial and last name with no spaces).
- If you don’t have a username yet, click Create Account.
- Fill out all of the required fields on the form.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with your account activation link within five minutes after completing registration.
- Click that link to activate your account; if it doesn’t arrive within five minutes, check your spam folder as well.
- Once activated, login using either your new username or email address; then enter your password again to log in successfully!

Creating an account on MyEnvoyAir is quick and easy. To get started, visit the website and click on the Create an Account link. You will be asked to provide some basic information, such as your name, address, and email address. Enter your email address in the field provided: Enter your email address into the field provided and click next. We will send you an email with your temporary password so that you can log in. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email right away. After logging in for the first time, we recommend that you change your password by clicking My Profile on the top menu bar and selecting Change Password. Book Flights using the myEnvoy Air App
Assuming you have the myEnvoy Air app downloaded on your device, open the app and log in using the credentials provided to you by your company. If you don’t have an account yet, select register on the login screen. Enter your personal information, then create a username and password. Once you’re logged in, select Book a Flight from the menu. Choose your travel dates, destination, and type of flight. You can also search for flights by entering specific criteria like airline, flight number, or departure city. When you’ve found a flight that meets your needs, select it to view more details. On the next screen, enter the number of passengers and choose your seat preferences.
