The Hi-Tea is served to you by a man who’s dressed in an impeccable black suit. His name is Rashid, and he’s the head waiter for all the high tea services. He greets you with a big smile and asks what beverage you would like to start your experience with. I order a chai latte and watch as he pours it into a small cup that has been sitting on the counter next to him waiting for me.

As soon as he finishes pouring, I take my first sip of liquid warmth and feel my mouth break out into a smile. It’s not too sweet or too spicy, but just right, which is perfect because there are sweets awaiting me on the other side of this tea house.
